AllyOne customers has flexible pricing options based on customer requirements.

A tiered pricing structure based on the number of users and active matters in the system.

Subscription model

Plan

BASIC: up to 5 users

STANDARD: up to 20 users

PREMIUM: up to 60 users

ENTERPRISE: unlimited users


Under this model, AllyOne fees are paid by the external legal service provider and then charged to the in-house legal team as a disbursement.

Pricing is based on invoices processed through the platform over the preceding three months.

Onboarding and technical support

Our customer support team will get you up and running with AllyOne through onboarding and ongoing technical support.

Onboarding is simple and fast, with technical configuration not typically required.

Support includes:

  • Fully supported onboarding with dedicated customer success manager

  • Hands-on set up and continued admin support to configure the platform to your organisation, including users, permissions, templates and custom reports

  • Live and recording training

  • Ongoing support to ensure optimal platform utilisation

  • Where required, technical set up is available to:

    • Provision environments and configure hosting

    • Configure authentication

    • Connect APIs/integrate with 3rd party systems.
